I interviewed a few students in my classes and asked them what relieves their stress the most. ⅘ people said naps or television.  For me, after getting home from a long day at school I look forward to grabbing some snacks and watching my favorite shows, “The Office”, “Friends”, or “Drake and Josh”. Those shows relieve my stress quickly and efficiently.

Stress relief can come in many shapes and forms, it doesn’t only come from watching television. Most people will relieve stress relying on coffee and chocolate. Stress is one of the worst feelings in the world, and to find relief from that is one of the best feelings in the world. But above all that, exercise is the #1 stress reliever in the world. There are many ways to exercise, you can do breathing exercises, running exercise, and weights.
